I erupts like to say you have gained a wonderful superb hair stylist. Andrae Edmonds was my hair stylist while living in Salem Oregon and since he had left I have not been able to find a stylist to cut my hair the way I want it my boys hair.  He is always with smiles and knows how to make the kids more comfortable while getting there hair cut. I'm still hoping he comes back to Salem but until then you have a great asset to your company.

I went in a couple months back. My granddaughter could have cut it better. My hair is horrible, the worst hair cut I have ever got. I am 63 had a lot of hair cuts in my day. I had long hair to my waist, I asked for it cut in an a line hair cut I even had a picture of the style.  I Wanted long front and short back no layers. First day he cut it, the back was longer than the front. When I got home I was so upset I called and they said they would fix it free.. Went back next day he cut it  in some ungodly shape, took a razor to it  and did all kinds of chunks and layers when I had  said no layers, now the sides dont even come to my jaw line. It  is so embarrasing to go to town with this mess. I went to another place they said the best thing I could do is let it grow out until its long enough to make it a presentable style.  So now I set and debate if I can stand to let it look this way for probably 3 to 6 mths or just go have it all cut off.  If and when I do it sure wont be at this place. Extremely disappointed. The sad thing is an older lady maybe the owner, ??? kept watching him from a distance, I kept feeling she new he was screwing up big time. I noticed this both days. I wonder why she didnt speak up.

The ladies are very nice and professinal. I get my haircut at Hairbiz twice a month and I enjoy the finished result.
