Took hours for a shampoo and cut. End result was not even what I wanted. Hair is now uneven! Not what I asked for at all. The girl seemed new and didn't really know what she was doing manager had to be called couple of times to fix her mistakes. I would never go back waste of $26.

It was horrible. I asked for a shampoo , cut and blowdry. She took me straight to her chair and began cutting my hair dry. I was shocked. She was talking to the other staff members who were either sitting there or working on customers and they all had dye in their hair. She literally cut my hair , and not very well and told me that I was finished and started to ring me up. I told her not to charge me for shampoo and blow dry and she said that she had to because that was the minimum amount that had to be charged. I was in complete shock. My hair is cut horribly and I was overcharged. Never again.

My sister in law went there last week they left the color on her too long her hair looks brittle and nasty now I got color as well with highlights I wanted a gray color with highlights only to get brown and you can hardly see any high lights! We are both up in years me in late 60s her in late 80s! This is one thing we do for enjoyment and they just ruined it!! We will not be back in total we spent over 200.00 dollars! I forget to mention the girl Paulette got dye on the front of my sisters shirt and didn't try to wipe it off! I'm so very upset with the whole visit! Just know we won't be back!!
