I've been getting my haircut here for about a year or two now, and each time I go I just ask for whoever is available at the time. Every stylist I've seen has been very friendly and has given me a haircut I left happy with. Today, I saw Kaitlyn who did an awesome job.

I hate leaving negative feedback, so I'll start by saying the staff is friendly and the shop is clean. However, I taken both my son's there 3 different times and haven't really had a great outcome with their hair any of those times. This week one of my son's cut was so bad I was just in shock. I'd asked the stylist to use the clippers on the sides and back of his hair and blend the top in with it, like a normal short not cut. I was worried when she nodded and indicated I wanted a bowl cut. I explained that's not what I meant and went through it again. He looked like Lloyd Christmas from Dumb and Dumber when she was done. She just chopped his hair with scissors. I didn't want to make a scene or feel like asking her to redo it would help so I left thinking maybe I could fix it. I called and the manger was very understanding and helped me.

They messed up my daughter trim and by mistake took 3 inches off of one section of her hair. The rest of her hair had to be cut too, to make it all the same length! So sad!!

Just walked in hairdresser said she cannot do my cut as she doesn't know how other hairdresser says come back at 11am I can do it. There was no one in there worse experience I went to Supercuts across from them very friend and took me within 20 minutes

been here many times.....but this last time was absolutely awful. I thi k anyone else who was working could have done a better job. shame on you for hiring such a inexperienced peron .
