Checked in online, arrived at salon, walked in and neither one of the stylists said a word.  Sat there for 10 minutes and told they couldn't cut my hair.  It was 30 minutes before closing.   I asked for the corporate phone number and she said that she didn't have it.  This was my first time there, I went on the recommendation of a friend.   Obviously, I won't be back.

No "Hello, how are you / what can I do for you" just silence when I walked in. Asked me for phone number and name ... is that all you wanna know???
Got the hair cut very quickly, so that was a good thing. Then the lady wanted to do the shampoo - well, I never asked for a shampoo and therefore declined. The big surprise was when she told me what I owed. $17 for a 10 minute hair cut - well I wished I made that kind of money in 10 minutes. I have a very simple cut, just 1/2 inch and round at the back. Due to the warm welcome and the excessive price I won't go back there. Oh, when I couldn't hide my surprise over the $17, the response was "well, you have not been here in 10 years!", like that is a good enough reason for inflated prices for a quick hair cut???

I must say that I have been going to this location for about a year and a half, and I have not had one bad experience! I have been getting my hair cut by the assistant manager Kelley and have loved it every time, not to mention she is amazing at color and perms.  There have been a lot of bad stylists that have been moved out of this location and the atmosphere is much brighter! Also the management team has made some positive changes as well! Love it Love it Love it!!!

I really loved the cut and color they did here. My stylist was very kind and the entire experience was very enjoyable. :) I've been to a lot of overpriced salons and ended up dissatisfied with the experience but this place was great. Will definitely be coming back.

I normally go to great clips or supercuts. I have a really simple haircut but the lady had no clue what she was doing. I asked for a half inch off and she took at least two and I don't think she knew what I straight line was either.  They also get mad if you don't want a shampo, the guy next to me was literally arguing with her over this. It was easily the worst haircut I've ever had. DO NOT GO THERE.
