I love this place. I go regularly for a cut and color. Ashley does my hair. She is the best I have ever been to and that is saying a lot since I turn 60 soon. She is great at styling my hair so that I don't have "old lady" hair.
Ashley is the manager and is very good at keeping her customers comfortable.
I can only think that the negative comments come from a time Ashley is not around.
The other thing to learn is to not be shy in telling your stylist about how you want your hair and  especially, tell him or her if you are not happy.
I doubt that there is any salon who won't redo a customer's hair if he or she is not happy. 
Don't just leave a negative review. And, oh yes... make an appointment no matter what someone on the phone suggests, especially if you have more than one person in your family getting hair cuts. :-)

I have gone twice now, and my first experience was pretty good. I don't remember the stylist's name, but she was very patient and accommodating. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but she helped me to figure it out and I liked the haircut I got. Flash forward a month and I decided to go back. The stylist that worked with me was nice, I am not trying to make any sort of personal attack, but the haircut she did was not very nice. The length is inconsistent, really short between my ears and my forehead, but not that length all the way around. There are long hairs left in my sideburns and my "fade" is not at all blended, the transitions between lengths are not really smooth at all. Overall it seems careless. Even adding the gel at the stylist didn't ask how I wanted it and didn't care how she did it, but seemed rushed to get it over with, even though there was no line. The top was trimmed by hand, but again, no blending so the long hair on top sticks out from the shorter shorn hair on the sides. I don't know why it was as bad as it was, but the stylist seemed rushed and didn't seem to take pride in her work. I won't be back, definitely proceed with caution.

This place is incredible. My friends and I got coloring done and we absolutely LOVED the results. Everyone was super nice, the atmosphere was great, and these ladies do an amazing job. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone.

I could've gotten a better haircut from a blind man with scissors. if you're looking for that look that screems "I'm a psychopath" look no further than hair cuttery. my 25 dollars could've been better invested if I actually burned it. next time I'll just take a lawn mower to my head, since I'm sure the lawn mower can make me look more fresh than hair cuttery. I award hair cuttery with 1 star, and may god have mercy on their souls.
