Hair Expressions, a Paul Mitchell Partner School is Future Professional-oriented with the goal of nurturing the Future Professionals into a higher caliber of Cosmetologists and preparing them to sit for the Maryland State Board of Cosmetologists exam. Our on-site clinic provides a multitude of opportunity for future professionals to have hands-on practice before entering their professional field.

I have been getting my hair colored here for years and occasionally cut as well.  The learning leaders are true professionals and they always make sure the students do a good job.  They come around regularly and check and answer any questions I have.  I highly recommend Hair Expressions as an affordable salon with dedicated instructors who care about their students and you!

Excellent experiences! I've gotten my hair cut here about four times and dyed twice and was always delighted with the result. Last time I was here, one of the senior stylists gave advice on the haircut I should get (all I said was I wanted it short) and I'm pretty sure I'm keeping my hair this way for a long time because I love that cut so much. This time I was particularly impressed because apparently this was the first customer haircut my stylist had done and it turned out great! It was clear that she was super prepared. There was always a senior stylist nearby who offered occasional advice and touch-ups. Everything turned out well.

I just got a body wave perm and cut.  It came out really soft and natural looking.  Great job!!!  I really liked the teacher/student interaction throughout the process.  I was treated with great care and detail as you would at a good salon.  Highly recommend.
