I've been going to Kim for over 10 years, since I was 13 years old and she always does an AMAZING JOB. I get a pixie cut and she maintains it beautifully, always grows out great and never awkward looking in-between haircuts. I've even lived out of town for the last 5 years and make sure when I make my trips to Austin she does my hair for me. Would never go anyplace else!

Beware of price, going there with my elderly mom, regular customer for years, wash and set went from $35 to $40 (at other places $20) perm, wash set, cut ( "S" just tipped the edges of her hair only at the sides) half year ago all for $85, last week we walked out  $105 lighter. When I asked about this increase "S" stated I have no other choice...... ?????? This place is a rip off.

DO NOT COME HERE. I never write reviews but this is so bad I had to warn you all. My girlfriend called me crying. She asked for an ombré and they just bleach dyed her hair blonde in a straight line. I drove straight over there and demanded a refund. They didn't give her a full refund (she even pretended she couldn't give a refund.) and they tried to argue that the hack job they did was an ombré. On top of it all they damaged her hair from the horrible bleach job. PLEASE stay away.

I would give no stars. I definitely dont like giving bad reviews but this place really upset me. Im posting pictures of the butchering of my hair. 

So I had called and asked what time they closed. She said 5 (it was 4:45) but said to come in anyway. I wanted to try this place because I live just down the street. I was super appreciative to her! First off I went in for a cut, I was in and out, with a hair wash, in about 15 mins. I told her i can leave with wet hair since she was already staying later. It looked ok when I left. Although I was standing far from the mirror, guess I need glasses!  When it started drying I could clearly see the difference between the left and right side. The left side was way longer than the right and there were random strands that were longer than others on the same side. So the ends weren't even straight. On the left side I had long layers. Thats how my hair was before, she just cut off an inch basically. But then I saw what she did to the right! The front was cut so short and way back! Looks as if I'm growing out bangs!  I havent had bangs since I was a kid.

 I called asap to leave a message. Unfortunately they're only open during the hours I work, except Saturdays. I finally got ahold of the lady on the phone 4 days later. She would not give me my money back. She just kept saying all she can do is fix it. I'm sorry but for me its common sense that if you screwed it up this bad, why would I trust you to fix it? She of course was offended and kept saying she's been doing this for 20yrs and never had someone not like it. As you can see from the pictures there's no way that statement is true.

 I ended up just going to another salon and paid $70 for them to fix it. She was horrified and felt so bad that there was nothing she can do to fix the weird bang thing she did to my right. She did a very good job blending it at least. But I have to wait for it to grow until I can make it match the left 

This was definitely the worst haircut I've gotten. I understand it was only a $35 haircut... but I've gotten haircuts cheaper than that that were great! I guess lesson learned. I honestly don't think this haircut she gave was even worth $1.
