They are UPSCALE, FRIENDLY, & KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! Today makes my second visit to this salon. First, Sue, the owner -- She brought me up to date with a medium long layer cut that made my head feel light and my hair manageable, AND it was a modern cut and style. Today Lisa cut my hair. She did a great job! Sue was not available today and I needed a cut FAST! I asked for someone with equal level of expertise as Sue and I was recommended to Lisa; Wash, cut, blow dry, flat ironed, and the results were amazing! They have experience and they know what they are doing.

My daughter and I just had pedicures. Amazing staff! Beautiful and calming atmosphere. Service was priceless. Thanks ladies! Happy feet😁

Update: I really love the Band from Hot Heads that I recently got at The Hair Gallery - it's added 14" to my hair! I have been to salons on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and they've got nothing on The Hair Gallery in Cape Coral. I recently cut my hair short and realized it had gotten too thin for my traditional bob. I saw the sign outside their shop for Hot Heads Extensions and decided to give them a shot. I met with Sue a couple to discuss my hair, and she helped me make decisions on length and color. She had some interesting ideas on color that were a bit outside my norm, and I decided to trust her judgement. My hair has NEVER LOOKED BETTER. I have decided I will never go anywhere else. The experts at Hair Gallery really care about you looking your best, they are full of product knowledge and give great recommendations. Give them a shot, I did, and I look my hair has never looked better.

I am visiting from out of town and stopped in The Hair Gallery for a pamper day. When I entered the salon I was greeting with a friendly face and asked if I wanted some popcorn. Who doesn't love popcorn? OF COURSE!!! I received a haircut/style, facial and pedicure. All of the ladies were lovely, kind, full of energy and knwoledable to their area of expertise. I would highly recommend this salon/day spa for a TOP NOTCH experience. I will be going back during my next trip to Florida!!!

My husband scheduled a spa day for me two weeks in advance. The morning of the massage, french manicure, and hair style, they call him 15 minutes before our appointment as we are about to pull in and say that they cannot do it. Because the girl who does the nails had to many drinks the night before and is puking in the bathroom. Our whole morning was completely sabotaged and when we spoke to the owner. She said all I can have you do is just do the massage in two hours and then come back on Monday for your nails. Really? Wow? And I told her I can't take off work another day and she says "well what do you want me to do? Why don't you own a business then and have it done"?. I cannot believe she talked to me that way. Never again will I go there not tell people to go there. This is sad that she cannot handle a situation that is not our fault.
