I just moved here. Was looking for a place to go for mommy daughter spa day. After reading all the wonderful reviews, not one bad one, i am definetely planning the day here. I,have been reading horror stories about the salons in havelock for at least an hoyr and im happy i stumbled across this one. And i ❤ my talented Phillipinos!!!

This shop is amazing. I feel so at home here. I've just moved to the area and am glad I chose Susan's salon. She also does my manicures and pedicures. Susan is wonderful and so inviting. She takes time with my hair cut and asks if I want this or that. I would check out this salon. You aren't going to find service like this anywhere else!

Cynthia is the best hairdresser around. I wouldn't want anyone else to do my hair. Very professional and yet friendly and down to earth. A real southern lady

my husband bought me a birthday gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure service, and i was amazed by the person who give the service.  I found out that she is the owner of the salon. She removed my ingrown nail without pain!!! I was very please on my first visit. I highly recommended ms susan for your pedicure services.

     I have had a Brazilian wax once before, and it was excrutiatingly painful so that was what I expected this time.  The Filipino owner Susan waxed me, and I was a little nervous at first because there I was...with no pants...but I soon felt a lot more comfortable.  She constantly asked if she should stop, or if the wax was too hot, or if I needed a break.  Music that I knew was playing, instead of that spa crap that is supposed to relax you, and Susan made conversation with me so that I wasn't being tortured in silence.  She made the pain bearable.  Instead of ripping off big chunks to save time, she did little strips that were much less painful.  In addition, I am unfortunately considered to have a lot of thick hair which usually causes the aesthetician to upcharge me no matter what I have done, but I was only charged $45, wheras I was charged $75 when I had it done elsewhere.  I would highly recommend doing business here.
