Zero stars! Worst nail place ever. Went to get the nails they put on taken off, and one of the male/feminine employees told me that he could not fully remove the nails because it would ruin my nails and they would make the manicure i wanted ugly. Ugly?!? If you know how to do nails, then that would be not possible. I sat there and told him I’ve gone to other nail places and they were able to fulling remove the nails without ruining my nails. He then sat there and told me i should go to those salons then. I went to Nevada Nails and spa and they did everything i asked for! I come from Arizona and this nail place met my expectations.

GO TO NEVADA NAILS AND SPA!

NOT HERE!!!

Also! The man who does pedicures here, must be right handed painting my toe nails with his left hand because i would have saved the $$$ and done it myself. Never coming here again, and advising others to do the same.

This is the second worst nail shop I have ever been to EVER. The customer service was really crappy a lot of attitude and on top of that  the wait was way too long. when I walked in I asked for the wait time and was told "very soon" an hour and 45 minutes later I am still waiting just for a fill MIND YOU THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON THAT SHE WAS WORKING ON THAT WHOLE TIME AND THAT WOMAN ONLY GOT A FULL SET. I will never ever be going back there or recommending them I will actually be telling people to not go to them and to go around the corner to the other nail shop in the same parking lot because they are very unprofessional and I feel anybody who goes there is wasting their money and their time. So if you want good customer service and good quality work go elsewhere because this place is not it !

I imagined it to be nice people and everything,but every one was rude expect for the guys. One of the ladies was so rude and the nails are so lose,she didn’t even paint them right. There was even rats there. If I could I would rate it a zero.

I always like my experience here. Their nice and socialize with me. I get a basic white tip full set and there always last a long time before my fill.

Terrible,  terrible,  terrible.  The owner and employee were arguing while I waited. Then the owner did my nails. Completely rude the whole time. Tossed my hand aside when she was done working on that hand. Pulled and yanked on my hands. Kept using the drill on my natural nail too long. Worst experience ever!!!!
