Our goal is to make every client happy and educate them on how to keep up their services even after they leave the salon. Worst place ever don't even bother. It's a salon but they only have a stylist come on once a week so they're pretty much only good for getting your nails done and even then I still wouldn't become because their customer service is awful.

A friend of mine told me that she always gets her hair done at Hair Play and having lived in El Paso for years I have always seen it but never went in there... Yesterday my friend got her hair done and the stylist that did it was so amazing.  He did a simple wash, cut and style, held a very intelligent conversation the entire time and was a complete professional!   He did so good that I scheduled a hair appointment with him for the next day.  I don't like my hair being cut short and he knew that doing in and I swear he only cut at the most and inch and a half.  I was so impressed.  Every time I ask for a trim I get inches taken off that I didn't ask for.  I'm so sad that I haven't gone to this salon a lot sooner!  And the price was unbeatable too.  I got a wash, cut and style and was floored at how fairly priced it was.  Ladies, don't waste your time going anywhere else!

I purchased a group offer for a massage. I'm hooked. This was the best massage I have gotten and the price is amazing. I love massages and I have paid $100 + for 1hr massages. A great massage is worth it. And the therapist is so amazing. She is definately a steal!

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Don't even waste your time . how are you called "hair play SALON and spa" and you don't even have a hair stylist for literally 4 days at a time and didn't even care or think it didn't matter ...
