I have always had fine hair, but to my horror I was diagnosed with alopecia at the age of 30.  My hair began falling out to such a great degree that I became fearful I would go bald.  My dermatologist recommended that I begin a Minoxidil treatment and invest in laser therapy.  I found HRC and after only a couple of months the results were tremendous.  Not only did my hair stop falling out, but it actually became thicker and started growing faster!  My hair is actually nicer now then it was when I was a teenager..I've even had people ask me if I had gotten hair extensions!  I never thought that my hair would be one of my best features, but now it is.  Thank you HRC!

I used them for awhile until I figured out they were overcharging me for poor quality hair.  The hair shedded so bad that it was all over the house, car and work and everywhere else I went.  Imagine the embarrassment I felt when I noticed people looking at my hair on the floor.  
I decided not to continue to do business with them.  I have since started using Hair Direct and they are great.  The cost of the unit is much less. I find it simple to put the unit on myself.  There is no hassle in driving to a location and sitting in a room for over an hour while the hair is being fixed.  There is no one to tip and no monthly fee (other than the unit itself).  
The thing about HRC is that the focus is on charging you almost $2K for a unit and monthly fees upward $200.  Factor in gas, time and frustration and you have spent over $4K.  Not worth it.

I had a wonderful experience with HRC. I have trichotillomania and needed a hair piece to cover the very top of my head. They worked with my budget and gave me a beautiful custom hair piece. It looks completely natural on me, it's thick, and light weight. I just love it! I would highly recommend HRC to anyone suffering from any type of hair loss. They are kind, respectful, and very professional. I know I will be going back to them if I ever need help with anything regarding my hair loss.
