I just stopped in for a simple haircut today. Never been there before. Waited 15 minutes at the lower level, where I was clearly visible. After 15 minutes, not even a 'hello' by the 3 employees there.  I stepped up, and asked to get a haircut. The guy behind the desk motioned to an older guy with long blonde curly hair who was sitting down. Curly simply looked up over his glasses (he was busy reading a paper) at the fellow behind the desk - not at me - shrugged his shoulders, shook his head, and over his glasses smugly said, "I have one coming in."   I said "never mind," and just left. My hair takes 15 minutes tops to cut. I'll not darken their doorstep again. I took my time and money to a mans barber shop where I was treated with dignity as a respectable customer.  I don't even write negative reviews, but this was worthy.

Excellent service and products. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Annie puts her customers first, she's a fantastic person.
