The place is clean and organized, they are friendly and most importantly they are professional in what they do. She made sure i get my desired haircut and it did not take me forever to have my hair cut.

I have tried all sorts of hair dressers in the Tukwila and Renton area. I was surprised to find this is the location I keep returning too, even over more expensive boutique options. The stylist here manages to deal with my calic and other hair challenges with ease. Friendly, upbeat staff with a creative streak.

I went in last minute with a botched box hair dye job (unintentional green streaks), 2.5 hours until I needed to catch a flight to Utah and a meeting on Monday. Alegra met with me as soon as she came in, assessed the damage, gave me a quote on the pricing and was extremely diligent about getting my hair done exactly as I wanted it with the time I had. I could not have received better service! Even the conversation was awesome! Alegra was very personable as well as skilled and professional. This was only my 5th time having anyone do anything to my hair in a salon--I usually cut my own hair or have family help me but it was my first time bleaching and dying my hair. Luckily, my hair has survived all the bleaching, she taught me how to take care of it and how to preserve the dye. Alegra also ended up saving me money so the end cost was actually cheaper than what she originally quoted. I am happy to report that I get lots of compliments and my hair has remained in great condition thanks to her advice! I will definitely be going back to her whenever I'm in town.
