Waiting can take at least an hour. But good price for getting a haircut. Better than GreatClips

I'm a long time customer of this place, and I've almost always had a great experience. Friendly staff, great cuts.

Altho, recently I've had a few issues. It sounds like this location is going through a transition with some newer stylists who aren't as experienced, and I haven't been as satisfied with my haircuts.

But, someone from the corporate office was kind enough to reach out to me, apologize, explain the situation, and offer me a gift card, which was very kind.

This still is a great place to go. Just make sure you ask for one of the more experienced stylists. Sara, Nicole or Ashley.

I can only comment on Hair Zoo Maiden Lane - i used to be a long time customer 20+ years until i tried to get my hair cut recently.  This particular store has no place to check in so your arrival time isnt known.  There was 1 guy ahead of me, he was taken so i was alone waiting. I waited for 30 minutes, another guy walks in and he is taken before me, apparently if you know someone there, you dont have to wait.  If appointments are required, then Hair Zoo needs to state that. I am trying to help other people since i will never be going back there. Complete waste of my time
