I have been a customer there for some time, have had an appointment schedule for some time with my stylist. The stylist left and I went in for appointment this morning and was told she was no longer there. I was never called but told upon my entrance that I was not able to be taken care of today unless I moved my appointment as they were booked solid!!!!! I explained there mistakes were not at my fault and I expected someone to take care of me and was told they could at a later time and that was just not readable due to my schedule. I asked for the manager and was told she was the new manager. Never ever will I return to this establishment after such horrible service to a returning customer. I was then sent to another hair zoo across town where they were not even told what I was having done!!!!!

Great place to get a hair cut!

Went for a quick haircut at around 7pm on a wednesday.  Was greeted by a plain hello, and I signed in.  Two stylists with clients and what I thought was a third over by the back station.  Four people waiting in front of me.  After the second person in front of me finally sits down and describes an elaborate haircut, I realize that the third stylist is actually a customer now getting a dye job, leaving one stylist with three customers.  REALLY after 25 min wait I realize I still have a good 30 min wait and an employee still hasn't had the decency to tell me.  What a joke.  So I leave and rum over to the other hairzoo to find our they have closed at least 15 min early.  What a joke.
