Visited Hale on Wheels for a delightful food truck experience and was blown away by their Chicken Parmesan Dippers! Each bite was a crispy delight, with a breading that clung perfectly to the chicken without sliding off, and the marinara sauce was a flavor explosion. The only downside was the slightly steep price tag on the chocolate cake, which, while tasty, left me wishing for a bit more bang for my buck. Nonetheless, the overall culinary adventure was top-notch, earning this food truck a solid four stars in my book!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE eggplant parm sandwich! I had the vegetarian version offered without pepperoni sauce. AMAZING ricotta spread! Will definitely be back!

I play music at an establishment where they have a food truck and this is, hands down, THE best! You can’t get meatball or chicken Parmesan subs better than this anywhere. Period. The quality of the meats, the sauce, the portions… top quality and unbeatable.

We tried a set of meatball sliders yesterday and they were absolutely amazing!  I'm not sure how you get that flavor and texture but don't change a thing.  The truck was at the Alliance Truck Yard on 2/21.  If you see them, give it a try.

The loaded fries were amazing! Had an accident where the food dropped on me. I wasn't upset, we are human and it's just a shirt. But they helped me clean up best we could and compensated for the meal. Even gave me a desert. Accident or not, food is great and customer service was awesome as well!

Excellent food truck! I had the egg plant parm bites. So yummy! Eggplant was perfect and their sauce is excellent!!
