When I made Haley Roofing Company, Rolling Meadows the request to handle my expensive roof as much carefully as much as it deserves; I experienced a very positive reply and a set of effective actions. This is one thing I was always on the lookout of. Most companies promise things the same way. But, Haley’s roofers bring things into actions and present a very clean, performance-oriented roof. I recommend them!

The team from Haley Roofing Company were exceptional and timely. They were pleasure to work with and made the whole process effortless.The process was smooth from the initial inquiry right through to installation.I was presented by a detailed written quote and the process took a short time than we had anticipated.Thank you again guys!!

Giving one star because zero isn't possible. Called on Thursday to have a couple of shingles replaced because they blew off and I needed to get this done for the sale of my home. I was told someone would be there at ten the next morning. Perfect. I took the morning off of work. At eleven thirty, no one and no call. I called and was told it would be 1:30 - 2:00. I took the rest of the day off. No one and no call. At 3:30 I called Adrian and he said the guy is an hour and a half away. Do we still need him today or can he come in the morning? I said I took the whole day off work to meet your guy and I need to work on Saturday; please come today. OK, will do. He's on his way. Nothing. No one and no call. I texted around 6:30 is someone still coming? No response. Saturday morning I text Adrian, is someone still coming last night? How about today? Nothing. Two hours later I call and Adrian tells me his phone was in his brief case and is astonished that no one showed up last night. Heads will roll; that guy is fired! I'll call my brother and get him out there; call you back in twenty minutes. No one, No call, no brother. An hour later I call again. He's coming. We'll just do the repairs and send you a bill. Well, Adrian, I kinda want to know how much it's going to be...I don't want a bill for a million dollars. No problem; we'll call you before we do the work. Be there soon. Nothing. No one and no call. Voice mail box not set up. No return text. It's interesting that they have all these Five-star reviews from within a month and about a month ago.... Draw your own conclusions. This place sucks. I'll find an actual company to do the work.

If you are a resident of Rolling Meadows like me, your worry about roof leaking problems should come to an end. A few days ago, I discovered the leaking problem due to recent heavy rain. However, I called up Haley Roofing Company. Two guys showed up within 30 minutes. While they talked with me, they were simultaneously taking careful notes of the problems. After a short inspection, they let me know how much the repair would cost. Then they got into the action. Not to mention the fixing cost was also reasonable. Thanks to the team.

Thank you guys at Haley Roofing, you guys are amazing at what you guys do. You repaired my roof that within a matter of time. You guys sent out amazing workers who did a quality job. Thank you guys!
