I contacted Charles to help me with my cross border taxes earlier this year (Canada/USA). He spoke with me on the phone about my situation and said he would prepare a package with with a description/cost of the services. I never heard from him, sent a follow up email and never got a reply. Horrible service, take your business somewhere else.
