Our business hired Hall & Company about 3 years ago. Prior to that, we worked with another accounting firm for several years. The difference between the two was night and day. We were aware of Hall & Company many years ago, but initially were hesitant to change firms because we thought the transition would be difficult. As it turned out, the switch was painless and the benefits of the superior advice, expertise and service was shocking. We didn't realize how important a good accounting firm can be. We've saved tens of thousands of dollars since making the switch. Brad Hall and his staff have helped us make big decisions that have had huge positive impacts on our business. They've also helped us to avoid some major pitfalls. They are knowledgeable, honest and always available (seriously, they almost always answer on the first ring with a pleasant voice ready to help and they've taken our calls late into the evening). We've been in business for over 20 years now and feel very confident that we have finally found the very best accounting firm. We definitely recommend them.

I was in a bind in filing my returns before the IRS deadline, for 3 entities - giving Brad and his team a very narrow window (less than 12 hours) to work with, and without hesitation, they took on the job, were extremely efficient - asked all the right questions - and most importantly, delivered on time!!

I can sincerely say, I have never seen service like this within the financial world.

I look forward to continued discussions with them and how they can help my businesses in other aspects as well!

I'd called Hall & Co. on a referral from a friend to assist with closing out two LLC's.  In further conversation, Brad Hall uncovered a massive tax deduction that I hadn't taken in three prior years.  He and his team assisted promptly with closing out the LLC's and filing amended returns, creating a tax refund that far more than paid for their fees.  I was extremely grateful for their knowledge and service and I will absolutely be using them for my accounting needs in the future.

I hired Brad Hall to do my taxes last year. When we met with him me said the cost would be $400. I thought it was a bit high since it's just personal taxes. We itemize but we don't have any significant income or investments so it seemed high. But whatever. I was willing to pay if it was done right and it was with someone we trusted. Fast forward a few months: I get a bill for $1500, with a 50% courtesy discount, bringing it to $750. Well, isn't that nice. When I call to explain there was a mistake I am told he billed 10 hours (at $150/hour) to my account. I don't think the hourly rate is unreasonable necessarily, but 10 hours? Really? For a basic itemized return? And even so, if he had been honest about the fee originally, it would have been one thing. Instead, I am told one thing and then billed another. And insulted on top of it. "Courtesy Discount" - for real? I had to put my foot down and tell them I would only pay the $400. They begrudgingly took the money and then went away. In my opinion, don't use him. You can get good work somewhere else.

Seriously, no misuse of the English language, that I would like to identify Brad Hall, the founder and CEO an amazing partner to have in the world of business as I have with him. My company just celebrated our 15th year of positive business growth. Brad Hall, and all in his firm, are more than a CPA firm to me my company, AVID Ink, but they are the single company, and man, outside of my company, that I consider my most sincere Allies. Hall and Associates....recruit and bring onto your team. Thank you Brad.
