I've been bringing my three children to this dentist since 2001 and have had a good experience overall. The kids are comfortable here and scheduling seems to be hassle free...just be flexible.

I normally do not leave reviews but after reading the review given by "Kim" I felt I had to say something in this instance. First, Dr Hall did send out a very detailed letter announcing his new Dr. The letter not only let us know Dr Ambrouse would be joining him but it also went on to tell us all about where he attended school as well as details about his family, including the fact that he also has 2 small children. I myself have not met him as of yet, maybe he is 'horrible' as she states, but I felt the facts should be correct. Secondly, his staff is great as well! I have never had any of them be rude or not helpful to me especially when trying to schedule appts around my schedule. They have always been very accommodating. My daughter has been going to Dr Hall's office for 3 years now and they have not once 'screwed up' scheduling or been rude or inconsiderate. She actually enjoys going to the dentist because of them. Maybe Kim was just having a bad day and missed the letter that was sent to all his patients about the new Dr joining him.

My family loved Dr. Hall but his new partner is horrible. Although I like Dr. Hall, I dislike the way he treats the parents, as if they do not matter. He did not even bother to send out a letter to his patients letting them know he was taking on a partner that might interact with children that were his patients. My daughter had an apptiontment with him and as we were going back I was told she was going to see Dr. Ambrouse. I had no idea who he was. I asked the hygentist if I could speak w/ him before my daughter saw him. I was told "no". I asked if I could call and make an appt. to speak with him, again "no".I do not want my daughter seeing a doctor that I have never met and who apparently didn't even have the time to speak to me. Dr. Hall's own website never even mentions him. Dr. Hall's staff is rude and they constantly screw up scheduling. You have to wait two or three months for an apptiontment and they will call the day before to change it making you wait another two or three months. I want to be informed of everything that concerns my daughter and I am extremely sorry that Dr. Hall doesn't feel the same way.
