BUYERS BEWARE! I bought faith a 70.00 Halloween costume from Halloween City. She pulls it out to put it on for the first time & the zipper is completely busted. I called them to see if I could even exchange it & they said NO! Then she proceeded to tell me maybe party city would exchange it?!?! I said you want me to take damaged merchandise you sold me and scam another store into assuming the loss. She said... that's your best chance because our policy says no refunds! I asked to speak with a manager.. she said I am the manager. What???!
