Highly disappointed with this place, even for a buffet it's extremely minimal. We just moved to the area and asked around for a good spot and we were told this was a great spot. To our surprise it was a buffet which isn't my first pick for lunch but we were told it was a great. The customer service was friendly as can be but once we got to the food, we'll there wasn't much of a choice. The only proteins there were to choose from were baked chicken and fried chicken. All of the food was salty and not very appetizing. We wanted to like it but just couldn't.

Great food and great staff. Down home southern cooking in a family friendly atmosphere. It's an older building but don't let this discourage. The  food and service  make up were the decor lacks !

Usually decent to good food.  Sometimes it gets really crowded around the buffet and then employees make it worse by getting in your way to wipe spills off of the buffet.  At those times it would be so much better for everyone if they would just step back and wait for the congestion around the buffet to clear up before wiping up spills.

We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.   The food is delicious. Good customer service.

Halls is a family favorite. Delicious home cooked food. Be prepared for a big crowd on Sundays.
