Upscale area of town (probably one of the wealthier parts of town)- lots of stuff over here. Numerous chain and a few local eateries, book stores, Best Buy, Big Lots, a bunch of shopping areas nearby. Easy to get to from the interstate or the main loop around town. The nicest movie theater in town is here- Regal cinemas with the big reclining chairs, an RPX auditorium, as well as upgraded food options (including a bar with wine, spirits, and beer). There's a Barnes and Noble over here, a Half Price Books, etc. Feels really classy, well maintained, nice walking areas surround the area with what are clearly luxury apartments and condos leading to the main roads. A $1 theater (Carmike 10) which is being updated and renovated is about a mile or two away from this area as well. Love to spend time over here. Kind of on the other side of town from the mall, so that's kind of a pain, but it's easy enough to get to via the interstate and New Circle Rd. Traffic seems pretty good most of the time as well. Overall, a really lovely area to spend time.

Always clean. A variety of places within walking distance. Perfect for a day of shopping or leisure. Plenty of food options as well. The area is a little difficult to navigate for new comers though, and it does tend to be busy

Worst traffic snarls in town. Developers basically tricked the city into extending the urban service boundary to allow development of this once pristine, historic horse farm into a concrete jungle of a shopping center by characterizing their plan as a "community gathering place." During the holidays, one can easily take an hour to travel a single mile. Now, a high school is being built right smack in the middle of it. Good idea, cretins.

I enjoy the pavilion. Everything is a quick walk away, and it all looks beautiful.

It's tough to give this five stars even though nearly anything you want is conveniently located here. I've wondered what the developers were thinking when they laid out this area. Everything seems to be randomly scattered around the area and getting in and out of the parking lots is an exercise in frustration. Traffic during many times of day is more than overflowing and is expected to only grow worse with the coming of the new high school at the other end of Sir Barton.
