for the life of me, i cannot imagine how this stays in business, at least based solely on FOOD-- which is utterly MUNDANE. not bad, just average. and who would go out of their way for average? the waiter did not even know the most basic thing, which is to CHECK BACK during a customer's meal. (frankly, many servers nowadays skip this basic courtesy, screwing themselves out of a better TIP!!) oh well, maybe it's all about the bingo-nites or shows.

Nice atmosphere and nice drag show. Only went for the drinks and the drag show. We ordered three drinks that totalling in $50... That's the sole reason for 3 stars, although 2 of the drinks were doubles, they were not very well made, my whiskey sour just tasted like whiskey and water. I wanted to get it remade but the server seemed so busy I decided against it.

Came for the Drag Brunch. So first, the drag show was great. Saw a bunch of queens perform and they were all funny and amazing performers in their own way. The food was alright, not amazing but not bad by any means. Kinda typical pub fare. The only thing that annoyed me was we made reservations and were still made to wait in line - and when we had to take off before the end of the show because our parking was going to expire, our server gave us kind of a nasty look which put me off a bit.

Overall I'd do it again though to see the queens. Just keep in mind the parking in the area is somewhat limited and you can only park for 2 hours at a time.

So much fun. Goofy energy. Don't take yourself seriously here, just gonwithban empty stomach and a good attitude.

UPDATE:  I visited this place again and it was still amazing...after 5 years! Love HM! Great bugers and fires....if you can make it there do it.  Lots of fun and great food.
