This eye program has several doctors who all work out of the same clinic, but my father's doctor has been an absolute godsend for us. The clinic can be a nit intimidating for someone new because it looks really small amd the waiting room is always packed to capacity and overflowing into the central lobby seating area. There is a little kiosk on the left as you enter through the main door and there you enter who your doctor is and other info. It then prints you out a number and you sit until your number is calledbup ti the receiption desk. They will then book you in amd you are ready to go. This clinic has become a very important location fpr eye health in the hamilton area. The wait times even with the waiting areas packed are not usually too long depending on your doctor. The parking is expensive though so if someone cam drop you off it will save you a bit of cash.

I had some retinal tears several years ago and was referred to a specialist at this clinic. The care has been phenomenal- at the first visit which dealt with the tears on both eyes, to the followup visits, first 1 week apart, then months, and now every 2 years. Since I've been going there, the staff has continually improved their procedures to make the clinic work smoothly. They're great!

It is next to impossible to actually contact the receptionists at this location as they have ridiculous phone hours and during their active hours the receptionists seem to be very lax about answering calls. There have been days I have called 7+ times in a row and never once had the phone picked up and of course the machine does not take messages. However, today was ridiculous as I had missed an appt in November (one I had called repeatedly to have rescheduled and NO ONE answered me) Today someone finally answered the phone and to my utter shock and dismay I was repeatedly betrated by this receptionist about how I had no showed for my appointment and that my spot could have been taken by someone who "actually really needed it" (even though I had just had surgery a month prior). It was truly infuriating to be reprimanded for something that I had tried to prevent but due to their own ignorance and what I can only assume is understaffed problems.
