Ridiculous company in policies and customer service.

Our bill is setup for automatic payments every month. Today I saw their paper bill showing some arrears of $9.05. Called them, the same rude and unprofessional lady told me that its because of the fine as they have recently increased the service charges by few cents and our last payment was still few cents short.

I requested to waive the fine as we were not aware of any such change. Her answer was that she cannot waive it. Because otherwise everyone who calls will ask the same.

It's not the amount. 9 or 10 dollars are not going to make someone rich or poor. It's the un-professionalism this company and their Customer Service lady shows.

This has happened the second time in two years time.

If there is any other competitor company, I would definitely switch the service to them.

Are you serious? It's 2017 and not only do you not have a way to pay bills online, you don't even accept credit cards or debit cards? What a ludicrous joke of a company.
