Was headed to the coast with my family and the kids had to pee so we made a quick stop. That's when I realized I forgot my AR-15. What a relief to find a suitable replacement at this convenient stop.

5 stars. My favorite place on the way to the coast. The only place I've ever seen selling Peanut Chews outside a Wawa. No idea what that Philly-fave candy is doing way out there, but I always make a point to stop and pick some up. This place is sheer entertainment with the guns, knives, chickens, random antiques, beer galore and the kind of locals you'd expect as extras in a small town horror film.

Great place for a quick stop on the road back home. I have to admit, I was a bit intimidated the first time I stopped here. It was before we moved to Oregon and were still exploring the area. We stopped n for a quick snack and a break from driving. There are guns for sell hanging on the wall above the register, something you don't see where we used to live. There we men in the back room speaking Russian, loudly, also not something we were used to. For the next few years we told the story of what we thought was a Russian mafia front and how quickly we got out of there, but when we returned with a few friends to see if it was true we were embarrassed to realize our naivety. No Mafia. Nothing scary. The back room was not some secret location for clandestine meetings. It was a sparse coffee shop, with a TV and a few tables. They told us they had coffee. there were four of us, so they made a fresh pot. While we waited we notice Chickens in the alley past the deck outside. While we waited for our fresh coffee, we talked with one of the workers about his store and his chickens. Lovely place.

Abandon all hope, ye who enter the restrooms here. Not sure if it's just heavy iron or what, but we hold it until we make it to the public one off of the highway further up the road. It's pretty bad, not sure when it was cleaned last.
