This is a letter written to a pool company that I hired hat recommended Hammond. As you can see this company is so unprofessional and their service is by far the worst that I have ever experienced.

My name is Belinda Romano. My husband, Gennaro Romano and I are currently building a pool in Miramar and I wanted to reach out to you to let you know how unprofessional your company’s recommended fence company is. Dale Hammond and his company is by far the worst person and company that I have ever dealt with in my life! In the beginning, dale missed 4 appointments to come out and give us a quote for a fence. Not 1, not 2 but 4! Finally after reaching out to Lori, we were able to get him to come out. Although he showed up two and a half hours late. When following up with him this past Monday morning to confirm the day/time that he was coming out to install the fence, he said he would be there that day. Once again, he did not show up. His installer showed up the following day, late as usual. This past Thursday, we failed our fence inspection because the self closing locks were put on the wrong side of the gate. Once again, we had to reach out to Dale. He was supposed to come last night to “easily fix the gate”. Well guess what? He didn’t show again! I’m am so frustrated and disgusted by his service and His professionalism and wanted to share this with you. Had I known your company would recommend a contractor like this, we seriously would have reconsidered Pool Builders as a whole.

Set up a time to get an estimate for a patio project. They didn't call or show the day of the appointment. I called the next business day to find out what happened, spoke to the owners wife, received no apology, was only told the salesman would call me within 2 hours. It has been 2 days, still nothing. Beware.

I had Hammond Screen company build a screen enclosure. After the room was built it leaked were the new screen enclosure meets the existing house. By leaking I mean-it's like a faucet when it rains. The water creates a mess and is ruining my furniture. 
I have called Hammond Screen several times and they promise that they will send their worker to fix it.  
The worker never comes.
Quick to give an estimate,  and take your money but refuses to finish the job!!!!

The Hammond Brothers are a good family and do great work for a gain price... The definite one stop shop for all your aluminum product needs. They do it all...

Have tried to get cylinders replaced on our pool pit lid for over a year. Not good at customer service...at all.
