Large comfortable and spacious room. Large bathroom with PLENTY of hot water. Clean hotel inside and out. Great breakfast bar with inciting presentation. A must stay for a road warrior or an intimate get away!

The room is the best I've had in quite a while. Neat & clean, comfortable bed, sheets, & comforter. Above average included breakfast, coffee, tea, etc. Free all day. Guest laundry. All staff have been helpful and friendly. Strongly recommend.

Booked this hotel over a month in advance for a music festival, there were still many beds (7+) left when I confirmed my room. THE DAY BEFORE I am supposed to travel down to this disgrace of an establishment, a staff member by the name of Beverly calls me and informs me that they have overbooked the hotel for the weekend and would be moving me to a hotel 30 minutes away!! They had already called and confirmed my reservation at the other hotel without even asking me if this was acceptable. Obviously it was not acceptable whatsoever considering the extensive commute. The worker refused to help or offer any explanation whatsoever and on top of that told me that if I canceled at the other hotel I would have to pay a cancellation fee! I have never in my life been treated with such apathy and carelessness. Considering how far in advance I booked I should not have been moved, despite lack of foresight on the hotels behalf. On top of that, Beverly was the most rude, unprofessional, insincere person I have had the misfortune of interacting with in the hospitality industry. I will NEVER spend my money at this hotel chain again and others out there be weary of booking here on busy weekends/nights because you are just a number to them.

Room is clean and comfortable. Mattress is on the firm side (which can be good or bad depending on your preference). Room is fairly sound proof so not a lot of noise leaking in. Bathroom is pretty nice, although shower seems a little dated. Good water pressure, service is very nice.

The rooms were very nice. The staff was really friendly. Would definitely go back. Needs more lighting on the road tho
