We booked a stay months in advance for a group of eight. The agreement was we would stay overnight and park four vehicles there for six days while we were on a cruise. They were to provide shuttle service to the port, all for a specified fee. This information was confirmed with several employees to include the manager on duty when we arrived. They backed out of the parking agreement stating they had never talked to us. When confrontation with notes, including dates and names, the manager finally admitted to the conversation. But he said the guy that made them had been fired and they were not going to honor it. After a long debate they agreed to allow us to park but not at the original rate. They also agreed to transport us the the port. Thankfully we asked about return transportation because they had no intention of picking us up. Get everything in writing because they can't be trusted.

Best customer service. Carrie was one of the friendliest and most helpful front desk clerks I've come in contact with and this is coming from someone who has stayed at plenty of hotels. Whole experience was great.

Location was convient for my business trip. Staff was helpful and rooms appeared to be clean however I had tiny ants all over my desk and in my bathroom sink. The hotel was.booked so they couldn't move me to a new room that night. They did send maintenance to check the room. They moved me the second night and there were no ants

Rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfortable. There isn't enough parking spaces for all guests, so make sure you park early. Breakfast is good, with the menu changing daily.

worst experience ever, honors member, made reservations through friends and family at 84.00 per night. when I arrived I mistakenly made reservations for Saturday and Sunday, and even though they had rooms, they told me they couldn't honor my price for that night and charged me 179.00, which I was fine with, because it was my mistake, but Saturday was already reserved, and they wouldn't honor my price because it became a new reservation, really??? The manager wouldn't even come out and talk with me and the one lady behind the counter help her finger up at me to shut up, while I was asking for nice lady that was helping me previously.
