Everything was very clean. Staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast bar was well-stocked with fresh and tasty food. I love the fact that the in-room coffee maker uses disposable cups instead of a carafe. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to use this particular hotel again very soon.

I canceled my reservation after a friend postponed his wedding. I got a confirmation email with information stating that I would be out money but I could receive some of my prepaid deposit on the room. In the end after speaking with the manager, not only did they keep all the money for the room totaling over $400, but they also gave the room away. They were in no way helpful or kind when it came to helping the customer out. They just want you're money. Do not try to book in advance with these people!!!!!  They were rude I give them no stars!!!! BEWARE !!

Super nice rooms and comfy bed! Nice pool and area to hang out at rest if hotel. Better get the breakfast early or it will be gone. Out of Coffee at 0700. I ended up brewing in the room but all in all nice place with great staff!

Great service, amazing staff (90% of them). Stay was really good. Staff helps instantly as soon as you need help. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

We normally stay at this hotel when we come to town. This visit was the worst visit we have ever experienced at a hotel. We tried three different rooms and each room was dirty. I had the front desk person come to see the rooms and they offered only to move us once more. The first room floor wasn't vaccumed and the tub had hair all in it. The second room floor wasn't vaccumed. At this time I told the front desk person to come and check for themselves so they knew I wasn't just complaining. The third room smelled funny and the toilet had brown stains on it. I normally love this hotel and talk great things about it but if this is how it is going to be from now on then I will no longer subject my family to this dirty place.
