Our vehicle broke down on the interstate and we ended up needing a hotel room the night before the 2017 eclipse. Since Crossville was a great place to view the eclipse all the hotels were full. The Hampton Inn had 1 available room due to a cancellation! The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, the eating area was kept very clean. Despite how busy they were with a completely booked hotel the manager went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle back from the shop. They also had a crib available for the baby! If I was in the area and needed a hotel room again I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk agent when we checked in (Mandy, I think) was professional and personable. I love having coffee available around the clock and the breakfast was excellent. My daughter enjoyed the outdoor pool, and I liked that it was clean and well-kept.

Nice clean place. Really enjoyed my time there. Can't really say I found anything bad there!  I would recommend this place!

Such are nice place. We had evacuated from hurricane Irma was welcomed here. They even had a special rate for hurricane victims. What a neighborly thing to do.

Excellent service with the kindest staff. Everyone I meet here was so happy and helpful. Best hotel I have stayed at in a long time
