The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only reason it loses 2 stars is because the bottom floor is incredibly noisy. We got stuck in a room that was directly below the stairs and all night we could hear people going up and down them nonstop. It wasn't really the hotel's fault I suppose but it was unpleasant. 4 or 5 stars if you get a room above the second I think.

Clean, large one bedroom suite.  Good location about 10 minutes from downtown Durango.  Staff was very pleasant and helpful.  Rooms were clean and sofa bed was comfortable.  Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel looks brand new in side owner takes pride in his hotel and it shows. Staff very helpful and friendly

Be careful here...we got stuck in the elevator for 25 minutes.  It still hasn't been fixed.  There was/is a huge pile of trash outside our window. The staff is nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable rooms & thoughtful amenities, our pet even got a surprise doggie treat bag with a scarf, we received cookies, ear plugs, nice breakfast. The staff was professional and attentive. Nice location, too. We truly enjoyed our stay.
