Small pool, and it seems like accommodations have changed recently. I feel it's a bit pricey to have nothing else but a Pizza Ranch and a Piggly Wiggly by it. I understand it's convenient for events that come to town, but that's it.

This place screwed me. Was lied to more than once by staff and GM. I tried to block off rooms for my wedding down the road and they told me sure no problem. I paid the venue, went back to block rooms and they wouldn't let me. My wedding is in June 2018 and they told me I had to wait until January 2018 to do anything. I was also told they might be changing the policy to a 2 night minimum stay. When that is already their policy! This hotel never mentioned any of this when I talked to them before we paid the venue. I called Hilton hotels and they did nothing, even when I mentioned I was lied to and the staff was disrespectful. Don't ever book an event here, if you do, good luck.

I booked a wedding block and was told I could only book 15 rooms on a Saturday. I was told I could add rooms a month before the wedding if needed. Well I needed to but additional rooms weren't available. I'm not sure how the Hampton Inn staff knows how many rooms I need available for MY wedding, but they were wrong and we were short. Additionally two of my parties called for rooms and their reservations weren't identified in the system. When I called to discuss this with the manager, he answered the phone by saying 'hello' rather than introducing himself followed by how may I help you. He was very unprofessional. It was an average experience when it came to booking a wedding block. I guess they changed ownership within that year which may have caused difficulties. Other than that the rooms and common areas were clean and I have no complaints with the hotel itself. Just the personnel could use some changes.

When we checked in I said I hope the room is quiet, no response from the person checking me in. When we got to our room I noticed that we had one queen bed not two nor a king. So we decided to stay in our room. The mattress was of very very poor quality. Walls were paper thin heard someone's tv til 11 then again at 4 am. Decided at 6 to get up and leave. When I turned my room keys in on my way out, I was not asked how my stay was. I won't be back anytime soon.
