A clean facility with updated rooms. Even though the king bedroom was small compared to traditional rooms n its category I loved how the designed it. A wonderful use of space help. A console holds the refrigerator, TV, dresser and coffee bar all tucked to appear as one furniture piece. A barn door style configuration served as a door for both the bathroom and closet. Just one problem not enough staff at front desk. Took a long wait. The young man there was awesome and professional but it was unfair that this hotel manager put him in that position and he got slammed by customers.  I do not like using businesses that do not take good care of their staff.

I had a nice overnight stay. The room was clean. Did not have any problems with anything. The WiFi is very good and fast. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which provides lots of choices. Location-wise, it's easy to find via GPS if you're stuck in traffic on RT 81 and need to find an alternate route to get here. There is a mall nearby if you have time to shop or need something.

Stayed for the Brothers Resolute release. Rooms are above adequate. Only complaint is the sliding door on the bathroom. Staff lets us have a bottle share on Friday before Resolute. Overall great for the beer release or if in town for JMU.

Friendly staff. My room is a tad on the smallish side compared to other Hampton Inns; however, an important feature makes up for that.  Shared in one of my photos is the bedside nightstand.  It is attached to the wall instead of sitting on the floor.   This means that Dust and dirt can no longer hide behind the nightstand, a common complaint and problem area to clean

Another great feature would be the extension that can be pulled out from the night stand.  A 2 plug outlet with 1 USB Port makes this a great spot to charge all my electronics; without having to move the house phone out of the way!

Pleasant staff. Rooms on the small side. Had problems with door mechanism and had to change rooms. DirecTV isn't reliable in high winds. Hotel was clean. Cleaning staff was nice and appeared hardworking. Kitchen staff was slow and inefficient at keeping up with breakfast stock.
