I was there for just one night, hotel was nice, rooms spacious (ground floor rm), breakfast was good and they have a pool but it was a bit merky. I am assuming it was due to a water issue and they did offer water bottles at the front desk for drinking. The price was a bit much for my taste. Especially if I am only staying one night.

Short stay. Arrived around midnight, staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and had enough space. The breakfast the next morning, while not extraordinary, was good and substantial. No complaints. Not much more to expect.

The staff here was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our a.c. wasn't working right and they fixed it right away, we forgot some things in our room and Andy called us within 10 minutes of leaving the hotel so we were able to grab them before we left town! Would stay here again if in Ithaca

The hotel is a short drive from downtown and the staff was extremely friendly. They even wrote a little nice note in the room welcoming me to my stay. It was a very nice little touch, and it shows their attention to detail.

The location is pretty good, could be closer to the downtown Ithaca area though. The rooms were very nice. Comfy beds, nice bathroom. The service was fantastic, housekeeping was great, and the breakfast was decent. Pretty good value.
