We booked a block of rooms for an employee appreciation party the first of December. Wanting to make it extra special, we enlisted the help of Ms. Alicia Boutte. Alicia was amazing and went above and beyond to make our event jump off the charts. Our rooms were even available for early check-in. The staff and breakfast were five stars. We look forward to our next event at the Hampton with Alicia.

Hotel seemed pretty new compared to most Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Staff was friendly and the rooms were good. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again

Located at a developing hotel park and about 6 min away from Lake Charles casinos, this hotel chain part of the Hilton hotels network is comfortable and clean. They offer a decent breakfast and free internet for Hilton rewards member. The staff is helpful but not very professional, if you are looking for a good night of sleep this hotel would do it. First they are over priced for the quality of the hotel. 
First the front desk staff are terrible. They are rude and inconsiderate. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was okay. 
Second, we forgot our pillows there. I went back later before leaving town and was informed that if they were found they would be in lost and found. Great....except no. They said the lady with the key wasn't there. What the hell? Why would you let the key leave the building. So anyways they told us they would give us a call....2 days later nothing. I called and they found them. They said for our troubles they would mail them to us. Fantastic. Nope.....few days later I call to see if they have sent them off and they said no becuse I had to buy the shipping label. Needless to say we will never be staying there again or any Hampton hotel anywhere else.

I booked 1 room with 2 Queen beds ..I got I king bed and a pull out sofa.. with pee stains ..that I could not open ...had to get the desk to send help..after we saw the stains.. the lady named Jayalla asked if I needed sheets.!!!  House keeper came with large towel and 2 fitted sheets was very helpful..King bed and bathroom were very clean....Staff needs improvement...coffee was very good...
