I just wanted to say that the night auditor Tracy is a outstanding employee and she values the clients who are staying The Hampton Inn. My husband, daughter, extra small dog and myself stayed in room 342. When we arrived for check in they also had cookies up front which my daughter and husband enjoyed. 😃When we got to our room we were amazed by the view we had as well as the cleanliness of our room. We had a little trouble with our television but it was a bad storm outside that night but Tracy fixed that issue and made sure we feltwelcomed. Their breakfast is delicous🙄We will return here in a few weeks for another family get away. Excellent place to stay!

Great place to stay. Quality you come to expect. 1/4 mile walk to the beach. They are remodeling right now so the pool was closed. Breakfast was great, lots of selection, kids approved, two thumbs up.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel. May be a 2.5 star at best. Took 50 min to check us in even though we are the only guests in line. Rooms were unacceptable until third time. Even so it came with some issues such as closet door does not work, toilet flush does not function properly. They were fixed upon request but only marginally! Breakfast is sub par as per Hampton Inn standard. Only positive is the property's convenient location!

I travel a lot for work. Whenever I'm in this area I stay at this hotel. They never disappoint, the staff are always friendly, their rooms are always clean and they're always accommodating. The hotel has a great location being close to the London Bridge and all the restaurants. Also walking distance to chabones and a Sunday farmers market. I recommend this hotel to all my co-workers when they travel through that area.

If it's up to 121 degrees outside and I'm paying $100+ for a hotel, I expect A/C that I can fully control. When "max cold" gets the room down to about 85, I'm displeased. Also, this property is definitely older and due for some serious updating.
