I love Hampton Inn, and I will almost always stay at a Hampton Inn or other Hilton hotel when I travel. I recently traveled to this location over Labor Day weekend. A few days later, I realized I had left my favorite pair of jeans in my hotel room. When I called the hotel, they had my jeans marked with which room they have been found in. They offered to mail them to me before I even had to ask. My jeans arrived in the mail about a week later, and I could not be happier. Thanks Muskegon Hampton Inn for your superb customer service!

Very clean, very nice. Staff was great, great breakfast, very clean and fresh rooms, great hotel. Also, easy and close parking to building... Clean pool for the kids. Close to good restaurants... A++

This hotel was great!! got 2 rooms, and both were well stocked, the hotel was nicely updated. The access to shopping and really just about everything is great, the bathrooms were amazing, and the beds were so comfy, and the rooms have A/C and free cable. The complementary Breakfast was amazing and had plenty to chose from. I have no complaints, and I would definitely come back here!

Pretty nice hotel, updated rooms, everything you need in them, comfortable, decent warm breakfast included in stay. Only disappointed in the housekeeping as we have come across many many long dark hairs... We are both blonde 😑.

Nice, clean, roomy room. The folks at the front desk were helpful and the breakfast area and lobby were clean and well organized.  The AC in the room was a little cold at first but once we got it adjusted it was fine.  There are plenty of places to plug in electronic chargers etc, always a welcome touch.
