Needed an overnight stay during our long drive. We had our baby with us and didn't want to stay somewhere cheap or dirty. This hotel was very clean and well kept. Good price too. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Didn't have much contact with the staff.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Right by a main road so easy to be on your way, next to a few places to eat (granted it's fast food so that might be a negative to some) Rooms are clean, Everytime I returned to my room later in the day my items had been carefully moved and placed in an organized way so the staff could properly clean the too. Pool is behind the building and not in the front, it's an outside pool not indoor. Overall nice place to stay off you have business in the town or the nearby ones.

Beds are so, so comfortable! I have been on the road for almost a month and the bed in my room was by far the best I've slept in the entire time I've been traveling. The staff here is so friendly and they are the kind of employees who actually make you feel like they care about you, your stay, and how comfortable and happy you are. I love that so much. The only recommendation for an improvement I would make is that corporate needs to put slightly longer curtains in all their Hampton Inn. If a huge bright strip of light shines in under the curtains as soon as the sun comes up, that doesn't do anyone much good in terms of being able to stay asleep until they are actually ready to get out of bed!

The Hampton at Mineral Wells was fine. I can't say anything special about this location. It is convenient to the interstate but there's nothing but a gas station close by. The rooms are standard for a Hampton. I did find trash still in my waste basket and the lights were on as if someone had been there recently. I checked in late at night and was greeted by a clerk in the lobby. It was only "fine"

Excellent place to stay. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. The accommodations are nice and clean. Overall a nice hotel to stay at.
