Rooms are modern and clean. Beds are moderately comfortable. Shower has great water pressure. Breakfast is decent with typical hot and cold continental items. Fitness facility is sparse but adequate. It does have an indoor heated pool but no jacuzzi. Staff was friendly. Would recommend.

This hotel is ALWAYS clean! The staff are ALWAYS friendly. I have never had an issue staying here.

The Hampton inn Potsdam is a great place to stay. I was here with two young kids and they were very accommodating. A pleasant stay for sure, which is why we keep using this hotel for trips to Potsdam!

Great hotel. Very new and well appointed. Plenty of outlets in the room, all channels in HD. Good breakfast. Would be a great hotel in any location.
