The hotel was clean, smelled fresh, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was wonderful, with lots of fresh fruit (grapefruit, pineapple, etc.). I would definitely stay here again.

Okay... might have been a bad day. Oatmeal and fruit seemed a day old, checkin wasn’t the best (we got put in a smoking room and had to change) and the lady working the breakfast this morning didn’t even acknowledge me when I said good morning in a nice way. Not up to Hampton Inn standards.

After gouging prices for the Miami- FSU football game, they didn't even change the sheets on the bed. I marked the corner of the sheets with my girl's lipstick, and it was still there for my entire stay. I questioned the maid and she said that's what she is instructed to do. In addition when I asked the manager in charge she said they changed them daily. I asked to speak to the owner, he called me back 3 days later and I returned it without a return call.

This hotel was pretty small, but clean and comfortable. Much of it looks newly remodeled. The fitness room has a treadmill, eliptical, recumbent bike, and a few dumbells. It has a small outdoor pool. The breakfast had a good variety of foods, but there is no restaurant, nor are there many options nearby.

Staff was very polite and responsive to us. I would gladly be a guest there again in the future.
