Beautiful property and exceptional staff! We're planning a wedding for next year at Chateau Elan and wanted to see the Hampton since some of the guests may opt to stay there. The sales coordinator made himself available to give us an impromptu tour. Since it's on the grounds of the chateau, there's a small orchard right behind the building, viewable from guest rooms which are beautifully designed for comfort and business. Very impressed!

This was the Best view ever at a Hampton Inn & Suites - Vinyard View as they called it. Our room was spotless, the complimentary WiFi and fresh, hot breakfast was great. Every staff member was friendly and the property also boasts a Winery, 5-star restaurants, and a Spa. These additional amenities are made available by a free shuttle.

Beautiful place. Very clean initially. I was there for a period of time due to damage to my home.
After a week, housekeeping wasn't cleaning my room properly. Problem was resolved and snacks were left along with an apology.
The breakfast started off tasty and fresh. Went down one Saturday morning and the spread looked fresh and tasty. Once I bit into everything I put on my plate, I had to spit it out same speed. Fruit was sour, the French toast was hard and stale. I ended up spending money for breakfast and just decided to do it for the rest of my stay for that reason. Guests were inconsiderate with slamming doors. Unreal. I expected so much more because the place is beautiful.
When the front desk clerk realized how long I was going to be there, she  told me about the honors awards club and enrolled me, at least I thought.
Never got the welcome packet so I called. Called and spoke to a gentleman that didn't appear to know what he was doing. He placed me on hold and on comes on a mature woman with a confrontational demeanor. 
I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told one was not in until tomorrow and wasn't sure of his schedule. 
I moved across the street to Holiday Inn express. It wasn't as fancy but in was very clean, breakfast was always fresh, and I was able to have a rested night every night since the guests there didn't slam doors. I wish I started with Holiday Inn express. I now know where I will take visiting guests and family for our events... Holiday Inn express!

New hotel at the Chateau estate. Hotel provides shuttle to all the venues at the resort. Internet is fully complimentary and fitness center has free motion and free weights. Plenty of outdoor parking.

Brand new place.  Spacious room and clean. A more affordable alternative to the actual Chateau Inn.  Still within walking distance of Chateau Elan or you can take the shuttle service.  Beautiful grounds and scenery.  Peaceful and quiet.  Good service and breakfast was great. Free local newspaper.  Very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.
