My wife , child and I are staying for 3 days at the Hampton Inn in Owens Cross Roads. I'm looking at a sign in our bathroom which suggests we hang up the towels we want to keep. Yet, I look around and I don't see a single towel rack in the bathroom! I see three places where towel racks could be installed. The bathroom floor is sticky, has hard water deposits and doesn't look like it's been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. On the upside, the staff are very good, the lobby has a nice place for our family and friends to meet and chat, and the complimentary breakfast is passable. This hotel could be four or five stars, with a few changes and more attention to detail.

Great room and beds. Very clean. Excellent and friendly staff. Pool is small and outside, so it's not open all year.

Everyone were great. We were running from Hurricane Irma - a very stressful time and it was like a home away from home. Thank you to all who made our stay so pleasant.

The desk workers were really kind and helping, we forgot a couple things at our houe because we were evacuating Florida from Irma and the worker gave use 4 tooth brushes and 4 tooth paste packets. She was very helpful.

Not enough light in the room. One lamp between the beds, one desk lamp that does not help the rest of the room. Ceiling light by the door, but is outside the room area.
