Hampton in is a great place to stay. They serve breakfast and have great customer service. I enjoyed every second here with my wife and kids. Two thumbs up!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! My Spouse and I made reservations to stay at this hotel for the second time which was the SECOND mistake. FIRST mistake was making the first reservation in this racist hotel. The first time we came ALL of the items in their little shop were EXPIRED and then they complained about us not wanting to pay for the expired items that should NOT have had on display in the first place. Our room continuously kept locking us out and we had to keep going back to the front desk multiple times in order to get back into the room. My spouse (being a diabetic) has difficulty holding her urine and so getting locked out of the room caused her to urinate on herself. The manager here Joyce is a lying sack who puts her dirty work of waiving fees and then LYING to the owner and telling him that WE refused to pay when SHE was the one who waived them on her own accord. The fact that we were willing to pay, but she waived the fees because she didn't want us to call Hilton Honor Customer Service was her own doing. That should not have given them the right to DENY us to stay in this Hotel. We explained this information to the manager in hopes that this would not happen to anyone else, but instead it caused us to be denied service. The main reason we came was because my wife's birthday is tomorrow and we drove 2-3 hours to get here for them to turn us away. We also invited multiple people to come stay at this hotel with us and they refused to cancel their reservations without charge considering the fact that the ONLY reason they were there was because we invited them. Otherwise they would have never been in this town in the first place. Do not waste your money here, instead you should stay at the Holiday inn across the driveway. They have better rooms and better rates.

My room is very nice and clean. the customer service is exceptional. monique has been very friendly and helpful information aboutwith local area and things to do and places to eat!

I have had less than satisfactory service at some Hampton Inns, but this one was great! I will give a 5 even tho I had 1 complaint. The night clerk told us check out was at noon...and I assume it to be so yet, however the front desk and maid service called and knocked on the door a number of times beginning around 11:15. It didn't tarnish my stay so it isn't worth mentioning other than for informational purposes.

This is the best hotel in the Brazosport area. Clean rooms & nice staff.
