It seems like this is a bit older Hampton Inn, but seems to have been fairly recently renovated. Its in good condition, but feels a bit small in some common areas. Friendly staff and no issues with that. Hotel is pet friendly for a fee. Average Hampton breakfast; good enough, but nothing great either.

Great place to stay close to the airport. We got in late with a special request for early the next morning. Request was waiting on us when we walked into the lobby. 1st class service.

check in was fast and easy. Room was cozy given with two good sized beds that can fit two people each. Lots of TV channels. GREAT BREAKFAST.

It was just an okay stay. We had stayed at other Hamptons back to back and this was disappointing in comparison. They knew how many people were in our room yet didn't provide enough pillows or towels. There were also only about 4 tissues in the one box in the room; we had to ask for more. Twice there was no hot water, and one worker when we asked had no clue where to get the hot water. We also had to ask for the following at breakfast and at their all-day coffee/tea bar: orange juice, one of the types of cereal, hot chocolate (twice), herbal tea, butter. It got very frustrating to have to ask for things that other Hampton Inns provided automatically. 

Other than that, the food was standard, somewhat comparable to other Hamptons.

We had 2 good experiences with desk clerks (letting us have extra cookies when we arrived so late and were exhausted, and another worker who got us hot water from the employee lounge because we had to check out and leave and couldn't wait for them to figure out where to get hot water for their dispenser), and 2 not so good experiences with hotel staff (One staff member let himself into our room. Thankfully we were all dressed save one person in the shower. Another staff member couldn't answer our questions.).

I am a Hilton Honors member, and have been for years.  I booked a stay at the Henderson Hampton Inn, but my plans changed due to vehicle issues while in Los Angeles, and I had to cancel my stay.  The free cancellation and return of points for the room was beyond the deadline, so it boiled down to a point of negotiation with the local hotel.  I worked with the staff there, and they said they would try to process the return of my points.  I thought we had all given it the old "college try", and if I was out 20k points, it wouldn't be the end of the world.  I was pleased in a few days to find my points had been returned!  Thank you, Hampton Inn- Henderson!  The staff are rock stars!  I will most definitely be staying here the next time I am in the Vegas area!
