I did not have the pleasure of staying here, but Amy did stay on the phone with me for more than a half hour trying to find my family and I and our dogs a place to evacuate to from Florida for the impending hurricane. She looked into Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and other parts of Alabama. Having called a dozen other hotels in the surrounding areas and Amy was the only person to help me look for other hotels miles and miles away from her location is a true example of not only amazing customer service, but of genuine human concern and kindness. Although I did not book anywhere because everything was booked, this was the best conversation I have ever had with a hotel representative. Thank you Amy for all your help. I truly appreciate you. God Bless.

Nice place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very quiet. Can't hear the highway or neighbors. WIFI speed of 4 mbps. Breakfast was the usual waffles, eggs, and cereal.

Typical Hampton - clean room, pleasant and professional staff, good breakfast selection, comfy bed. Our room did not have a lot of space/seating except for the beds, but the lobby area has plenty of room for gathering with traveling companions in other rooms. Convenient location - close to interstate with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by, but enough off the main drag so that rooms are quiet.

This hotel is amazing ... more importantly the staff is great! James was so helpful and informative on everything in the hotel, he was also very friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

The rooms seemed a little dated and plain, but overall it was a decent place. I was in town on business, and the hotel fulfilled my needs. The breakfast (sausage) could have been a little better, but what can you really expect for free?
