It's starts with the little things. Being polite. Everyone is hospitable. The rooms are ok. No fridge. No safe. But overall I would stay here again.

Greeted kindly and check in was a breeze. We had just come from a flea bag hotel and we were in shock mood due to it and the gentleman behind the desk was so sympathetic and cared for us extra nice. We will definitely be back as we travel this way 2 times a year. Everything was the best!!!

Front desk arrogant.  Carpet in my room soaking wet, making shoes and feet so wet that walking into the bathroom was an extremely slipping Hazzard. My request for a room change met with much resistance.  I had to become combative to make it so.  Not acceptable.

This hotel is very nice. We've stayed here many times while visiting family locally. The room I was given was nice, very clean. My only disappointment was with the front desk attendant when checking out. I had inquired when checking in the prior night about extending 2ectra days, I was told to ask in the morning. When I asked the next morning I was told that there were none available. I asked about a wait list or if they could contact me if there was a cancellation, the attendant rudely snapped at me, assuring that I would not want to come back.
