From August 2 to August 6 2017, a total of four of us stayed in Room 530. Within the first 10 minutes in the room on August 2, we called the front desk about the toilet not working. There was also a white towel with a lot of dirt on it. Within 15 minutes, the security guy came up and fixed it. The next day it didn’t work again. We called. The next day again it didn’t work. Finally, we just took off the lid and every day manually flushed it by ourselves, from Wednesday until Sunday. Would this be acceptable to you? After 30 years of using Hilton/Hampton, this is our first bad experience. This is also the first hotel not to put the receipt under the door early in the morning on the day of departure. All of the staff were nice, but the problem was never resolved. Check your records, we have stayed in your hotels many places in various countries, Singapore, England, Canada, etc. all around the world, all around the USA. Usually, your hotels are absolutely the best! We’ve sent many people to your hotels. This experience was just very, very surprising and disappointing.

Much prettier on the inside than outside, very friendly staff. Good fitness center. Nice towels and blankets. Lots of places to eat nearby. Easy access to the freeway.

Good hotel in the area. Great staff, new digital keys available for use with your smartphone. Accomodations are decent, well spaced rooms, not precisely new or modern. LCD TV sets are starting to look old.

Enjoyed everything about this place. All of the staff at the desk and in the halls were so happy, cheerful and nice. Stayed two nights over Fourth of July. Breakfast was great and the rooms clean and comfortable, but the staff make this place the best!

Very clean rooms and lobby. Very comfortable bed and pull-out couch worked great for kids. Complimentary breakfast made for a stress free morning Walls and ceiling were either paper thin or our neighbors were line dancing all night.
